Janice is responsible for administering the Multiple Listing Service and all MLS related services including MLS Rules & Regulations in compliance with NAR policy and insures the integrity of MLS content.  She creates and distributes training documentation for basic and advanced MLS classes and conducts weekly training classes for new members as well coordinate specialty classes for all members.  Janice is a Certified Real Estate Instructor, certified Cultural Diversity Instructor, Notary Public, Zip Forms Trainer and staff liaison to the MLS and Equal Opportunity Committees.  She also maintains the SUPRA lockbox system.
